TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promotion will run between 04/05/2026 and 01/06/2026 inclusive (“Promotional Period”).
The Promoter is Coca-Cola Ireland, 24-26 City Quay, Dublin Docklands, Dublin, D02 NY19.
The promotion allows participants to claim a free drink when purchasing a meal as defined and in accordance with the terms below.
The Promotion is open to all Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
The Promotion will open at 12:00 noon on 04/05/2026 and claims will close at 18:00 pm on 01/06/2026 (the “Eligibility Period”) subject to the below.
By claiming the Promotion, the Participant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and be bound by them.
HOW TO ENTER
The Coca-Cola offer will run between 12:00 noon from 04/05/2026 and 18:00pm on 01/06/2026 or when stock runs out, whichever is earlier. The promoter has the option to also extend the promotion.
The promoter intends to giveaway a maximum of 12,500 Coca-Cola 330m Original Taste, Zero Sugar and Diet Coke as part of this promotion from 04/05/2026 to 01/06/2026.
To be eligible for the promotion, a participant must do the following: an existing profile on the MyPromoPal app; b. Open the MyPromoPal app; c. Check in to a participating venue; d. Show voucher to bar staff to redeem their free Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Original Taste or Diet Coke when purchasing a meal. No alternatives are available, and prizes cannot be exchanged.
Vouchers can be redeemed between 12:00noon and 18:00pm, Monday - Friday during the promotion.
Vouchers are limited to one per user per day ONLY when purchasing a meal.
Vouchers have no monetary value.
All claims are subject to availability. It will be the Bar Managers’ decision to give the Coca-Cola offer depending on fulfilment of the terms and conditions here and availability of the stocks.
Each Participant will be restricted to a maximum of one free Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Original Taste or Diet Coke per user per day when purchasing a meal during the Promotional Period.
GENERAL TERMS
In taking part in this Promotion, a Participant will be providing personal data to the Promoter. Any personal data which you submit will be processed in accordance with The Coca-Cola Company’s Privacy Policy, and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We will only share your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and as set out in these terms and conditions.
Participation in no way obligates the Player to receive marketing communications from MyPromoPal, or its Affiliates, unless otherwise indicated during the registration to the Site, App, or when registering for this Promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability, for any injury sustained, loss, or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or any tax liability incurred by any participant. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained, as a result of, or in connection with this Promotion (in contract, negligence or otherwise) where: a. there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the participant; b. the loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or c. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from a breach by the participant of these terms and conditions or to the extent that the participant has failed to mitigate such loss or damage; and d. any loss or damage or increase in loss or damage results from business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers and any other third party.
In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
There are no cash alternatives for any of the points in this Promotion, in whole or in part.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this promotion in the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) fraud, abuse, or error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, or where such cancellation, amendment or suspension is necessary to protect the interests of participants or the Promoter. Any such cancellation, amendment or suspension will be notified to participants as soon as reasonably possible through the same channels used to promote the competition/offers. Where the promotion is cancelled or amended in a way that materially and detrimentally affects the ability of participants to claim or enjoy any prize or reward, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to offer an alternative of equal value (where applicable) — except where the cancellation is due to reasons beyond our control.
The Promoter shall not be held liable for: a. Systems failures at the redemption of the handling house c. any fraud committed by any third party nor in an event beyond its control
The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional circumstances and reserve the right not to provide any explanations on the decisions.
All Participants in this Promotion must be over 16 at the point of entry into the Promotion and must not knowingly refer anyone to the Promotion that is not of legal age and over 16.
No waiver – the Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision
This offer and these terms are subject to the laws of Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland
